Success is never achieved alone. It is only through the help and support of others that we are able to become successful - either in our personal lives or in business. That is just the nature of success.
With that being said, we, of course, should be proud and happy when we've had successes along the way and celebrate them. But we should do so in a humble manner. We must remember that we didn't achieve this accomplishment without some help and support along the way. And it only remains a success when we can remember that others are involved. If we're not able to keep this in mind, then our ego is in charge and is wanting to use the success as a means to bolster its identity. It will label it to give it more importance and will use it as a means to make other seem inferior or unimportant if we allow it. The intent of our success should be for our personal growth and development and for the betterment of others. Any selfish reasons for doing so are because the ego is in charge, so contemplate why and resolve any issues that may be necessary to heal and address.
We should also never take failure to heart. It is a very necessary part of the process of growth. It is there as a lesson so look for what it is trying to teach you. Is there a more effective method that you've been missing, do you just need more practice to become proficient, or are you destined to do something different that you may never have considered? Our failures are often stepping stones to our success if we allow ourselves to learn the lessons they are sent to bring us.
It's truly a dichotomy because we're all meant to succeed and to fail in life and both will teach us lessons that we need to learn and grow from along our journeys. Are you willing to see the true meaning of both and the lessons they are teaching?
